At Saimart, we strive to provide quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a 7-day replacement policy.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a replacement.

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue with the product.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or reported after 7 days will not be eligible for return or replacement.
